Introduction to Simulation registration form 2024

This course is aimed at medical staff at least PGY2+ and nursing staff CNS/CSN level and above, and will cover an introduction to simulation, human factors, simulation design, delivery and debrief.

Course Objectives

This two-day course will provide participants with an introduction to designing, delivering and debriefing simulation. By the end of the two-days, participants will:
• Understand the key concepts of simulation in healthcare.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilise basic simulation technology.
• Understand the importance of human factors in healthcare.
• Demonstrate designing a simulation scenario.
• Facilitate a simulation and debrief.
