The Forum will showcase an exceptional roster of distinguished Australian and international speakers (refer to the list of key guest speakers at the end of this email). They will share their insights and experiences on a range of PCVBHC topics, including our very own Dr Katharine See:

  • Personalising care: understanding individual values, goals, and preferences.
  • Personalising measurement: assessing the extent to which goals have been achieved and preferences respected.
  • Designing personalised care pathways: user-centred design applied to healthcare.
  • Integrating resource allocation with the personalisation of care and measurement.
  • Leveraging technology to enable personalisation of measurement.
  • Understanding how patients’ values, goals, and preferences can support your value proposition to HTA agencies and payers.

Open to health care professionals, health care system leaders, consumer representatives, policy decision-makers, and industry leaders.
