Refunds are possible in exceptional circumstances, however payments can be put toward a future workshop.

Northern Health has organised an ‘Essential Skills for patient-centred communication’ run by Deakin University.

Professor Peter Martin and special guests Associate Professor Connie Timmermann and James Watt will guide you through small group, interactive learning to deconstruct clinical consultations, identify evidence-based communication skills and develop a shared healthcare communication language.
